The Chiropractic adjustment aligns your spine, and takes pressure off your nervous system.

Chiropractic Doctors are also trained to adjust your shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Any joint in your body can misalign and limit your optimal function.

When you are injured, your body will compensate to avoid using the injured area while you heal. This causes abnormal body alignment, which will cause abnormal wear and tear. Chiropractic care helps your body to heal in a strong and balanced way.

Sports performance requires a lot of specialized body movements. Optimizing performance means being strong, flexible, balanced and quick. The athlete asks the most from their body, and chiropractic care brings you to your full potential. It also helps erase your old injuries.

Wellness, the state of being and feeling well, is the result of a healthy lifestyle. Taking good care of your body with chiropractic adjustments is a vital part of that lifestyle. Proper rest, healthy eating, good nutrition, regular exercise, and proper mental attitude are also vital to wellness.

Chiropractic care helps a woman’s body to move easily through the changes that come with pregnancy. The techniques for adjusting pregnant women are gentle and safe. The goal is a smooth, easy birth and a healthy mother that recovers quickly.

Children need to have the advantage of growing up with their spine balanced and clear. My injuries that eventually led me to Chiropractic school occurred when I was around 10 years old. Kids play sports, sit at a desk all day, and carry heavy backpacks. They need to be adjusted to keep them balanced. Kids that have bad posture usually are compensating for pain.

Instrument adjusting is also available. It is gentle and safe, and effective.

Upper cervical specific adjusting is also available using the Toggle/Recoil technique.
